Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping options will be calculated at checkout based on your location. All delivery options are tracked services and you will get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day. 

PRINTS

Each print is made to order. They're beautifully printed in the UK and should be ready to be shipped to you in around ten days for mounted prints or 3 weeks for framed prints.

  • Prints are shipped directly from the printer/framer and will be packed with safety a priority. Prints will ship separately from any other items in your order. 
  • If you have an order containing items other than prints then you will receive two separate shipments.  
  • Your prints will be sent via Royal Mail or a with a courier direct from the printers/framers depending on size. 
  • Prints can be delivered worldwide. International orders are sent tracked with a courrier service. Please note that delays are possible with international orders and that customers outside the U.K will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. 
  • Every effort is taken to get your order to you safe and sound as soon as possible. Please note that delays are possible with international orders and that customers outside the U.K will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

 

BOOKS & CARDS

Standard shipping in the UK will be Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Express will be either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Next Day. Both standard and express delivery options are tracked for your peace of mind. 

Free shipping is available over £50 in the UK (excluding prints). 

International orders will be sent using a DHL tracked service or a Royal Mail tracked service. Every effort is taken to get your order to you safe and sound as soon as possible. Please note that delays are possible with international orders and that customers outside the U.K will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. 

 

Refunds

Print refunds:  
Each print is made to order, so refunds can’t be given unless there is a fault with the product. Your happiness matters greatly to me, so if there is any disappointment with your print, please do get in touch to info@tootsdesign.co.uk. Please notify me of any returns within 30 days of receiving the time. Items should be returned with a tracked shipping service.
